Orders

If you have placed an order but not yet received an email saying your order has shipped, contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you. If the order has already shipped, cancellations or changes are no longer possible. If you are trying to make an exchange after you have placed your order but before it has shipped, we will cancel your order and have you re-order the new item you are wishing to purchase.

Shipping

Any domestic order over $150 ships FREE using UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail and ships from Southern California. Shipping times vary depending on your location and take approximately 2-7 days* in transit. Please allow up to 5 business days for order processing / packing. *Note these times are our best estimate. There may be delays during the holiday season.
Unfortunately at this time we can not offer expedited shipping at checkout. If you have a specific request please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate.
We've all been there and it's the worst. That's why we recommend adding Route shipping insurance to your order at checkout. Unfortunately, shipping issues do happen and with Route, if your item doesn't arrive they will replace any item that was lost in transit or stolen upon arrival. Without using Route, Morrow is not responsible for replacing items that have shipped out on our end but have not been received by the customer.
Yes, we do offer international shipping. We cannot accept returns on international orders.

Returns

Any unused and undamaged items may be returned in their original packaging (including hangtags) within 30 days of the order date, excluding all final sale items. We cannot accept returns on international orders.
To initiate your return, please email hello@morrowsoftgoods.com for a return authorization and return shipping label. Once received, we will review the items and issue a refund for the purchase price minus the return shipping cost to the original form of payment. Please note, original shipping costs are not refundable.

DISCOUNTS AND FINAL SALE

Promotional items purchased using a final sale promotional code are not eligible for a refund.

Discount codes cannot be combined with other discount codes. Welcome codes can only be applied to full price orders.

Custom Embroidered pieces are final sale and will ship in 5-10 business days after ordering.
Bundles have an automatic discount code and cannot be applied with other discount or promo codes.

Gifting

We are happy to help you give the gift of Morrow Soft Goods. Enter your gift message in the "View Cart" window or contact us with any specific requests for corporate gifting, expedited gifting, etc.

Repurposing + Composting

These items typically can't be donated for sanitary and logistical reasons, but composting is a great Earth-friendly alternative. Our linen and sateen pieces can be dropped off at your local compost facility or go in your green bin (if your city provides that service), you just need to cut off all of the parts that are non compostable, this includes:
- Labels
- Zippers (for Duvet Covers)
- Elastic (for Fitted Sheets)
- Threads: Our linen is sewn with Polyester threads that can't be broken down in the compost process, so be sure to cut off or rip out all of the stitching. Our Organic Matte Sateen is sewn with cotton threads, so no need to remove them!
We love the idea of repurposing your Morrow pieces, some easy options are to use your flat sheet as a table cloth or beach/picnic blanket, If you sew any of these items can easily be repurposed into napkins, tea towels, quilts, or even clothing.

Our Sheet Sets and Classic Sheet Sets are the same except for the pillowcases. The pillowcases in the “Sheet Sets” have a subtle stitching detail along the edges while the pillowcases in the “Classic Sheet Sets” have clean edges. See the product images for details.

We’re in the process of phasing out the Classic Sheet Sets, so if you love them we recommend you buy them soon because we won’t be restocking them.
